Image Preparation: If you want to add images to your e-newsletter, resize your images to the maximum width of 300 pixels with the resolution of 72 dpi per inch. Step 1, Creating a Newsletter List: You can see this step as to create categories for your newsletters. Subscribers can subscribe or being assigned for different list of e-newsletters. If all subscribers of your web site receive the same newsletters, go directly to Step 2 1. Log into your web site’s control panel (www.yourfulldomain/administrator) 2. Go to Components > Acajoom > Lists 3. Click New to create a new New List. Please refer to the tutorial: Basic Knowledge of Using the Back-end Control Panel to Manage Your Web Site for basic content management skills 4. Here you see that there is an option to make this list as a Newsletter or an Auto-responder. An auto-responder is an email automatically triggered when an web site user submit something to your system 5. Give this list a name. If you are not planning to show your newsletter lists on the web site, there is no need to add any description to it, other wise, write a description 6. Sender name will show up in the “Sender” field when subscribers receive the e-newsletters from this list. Sender email is the email address of the sender. Sender bounce address is the email address to receive error message if any e-newsletter could not be delivered 7.
